Dr. Lindsey N. O’Connor is the Lead Music Faculty & Coordinator of Woodwind Studies at the College of Southern Nevada and the Woodwinds Paraprofessional for Clark County School District. She frequently serves as an adjudicator and clinician, and has given several master classes, lectures, and solo performances as a guest artist throughout the United States.

As saxophonist for Joey Fatone and Friends and AFTR PRTY, O’Connor has performed with Joey Fatone (*NSYNC), Bobby Brown, Ryan Cabrera, Harley Cameron, Nick Carter (Backstreet Boys), Coolio, DSharp, Luis Fonsi, AJ McLean (Backstreet Boys), Wanya Morris (Boyz II Men), Ray Parker Jr., Alfonso Ribeiro (The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air), Dee Snider (Twisted Sister), Scott Stapp (Creed), Shawn Stockman (Boyz II Men), and Jeff Timmons (98°). She is the principal clarinet and saxophone of the Nevada Chamber Orchestra, and has recently played with the Henderson Symphony Orchestra, Vegas City Opera, and in musical productions on the Las Vegas Strip including Jesus Christ Superstar at the Tropicana and Guys and Dolls at the Westgate.

O’Connor received a Doctor of Musical Arts in Saxophone Performance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a Master of Music in Saxophone Performance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a Bachelor of Music in Saxophone Performance from Michigan State University, and is a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music (NCTM). She is the President-Elect of the Nevada Music Teachers Association, Higher Education Chair of the Nevada Music Educators Association, and President of the ΣΑΙ Las Vegas Alumnae Chapter.

O’Connor is a Yamaha Performing Artist and Vandoren Artist-Clinician.
