Concert Day Schedule
The Details:
The SPRING CONCERT will take place in Reynold’s Hall at the Smith Center.

The concert will begin at 5:30 PM

The artist entrance is located on the backside of the building near the city parking garage. Please note that due to construction, you will need to park in the city garage or in the Discovery garage on the opposite side near Vicks. There is a fee for parking. Unfortunately, LVYO has no control over that.
Attached, you will find a detailed schedule of the events for APRIL 17th. Please pay close attention to when you need to be at the SMITH CENTER. Students should plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the required soundcheck time to get their instruments out and get situated.
Concert Dress for ALL LVYO students:
Black dress shoes, black socks, black slacks or dress pants, and black long sleeved button up shirts. Young ladies may wear school appropriate black dresses or skirts, and black blouses.
Students are encouraged to attend BOTH concerts. We are here to support one another.

The Schedule:
Students in Sinfonia, Ensemble Strings, and Philharmonic should plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the required soundcheck.
Students not involved with Ensemble Strings, Sinfonia, or Philharmonic should arrive by 5:45 PM
