Concert Day Schedule
The Details:
Below, you will find a detailed schedule of the events for DECEMBER 9th. Please pay close attention to when you need to be at Clark High School. Students should plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the required soundcheck time to be in the room for warm-up to get their instruments out and get situated.

The FIRST concert on Saturday, December 9, 2023, will be in the theater at Clark High School starting at 2:30 PM with doors opening to the public at 2:15 PM. The AFTERNOON concert will feature the Ensemble Strings, Sinfonia, and the Philharmonic.
The SECOND concert on Saturday, December 9, 2023, will be in the theater at Clark High School starting at 7:00 PM with doors opening to the public at 6:45 PM. The EVENING concert will feature the Jazz Band Green, Jazz Band Blue, Percussion Ensemble, Saxophone Ensemble, Symphonic Band, and the Wind Symphony.
Clark High School: 4291 Pennwood Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89102
The Clark Orchestra room entrance is located on the north side of the small parking lot off of Arville Street on the west side of the campus. Both orchestra and band students will use this as a staging and warm-up area.
Students are encouraged to attend BOTH concerts. We are here to support one another.

11:00 AM Doors open for stage setup.

*There is no stage crew, therefore, coaches and conductors are responsible for setting ensembles on stage.
