Ensemble Strings
and Sinfonia
Combined Groups
This season, due to lower than usual enrollment, LVYO has combined the Ensemble Strings and Sinfonia groups. This is a good opportunity for the Ensemble Strings players to work side-by-side with the more advanced Sinfonia players.

Please note that the rehearsal day for these ensembles has been moved from WEDNESDAYS to THURSDAYS. They will meet in the orchestra room at Lawrence Middle School.

Just like before, Ensemble Strings will meet for 1 hour. The Sinfonia players will then continue for an additional half an hour to work on more advanced literature.
The Ensemble Strings and Sinfonia combined groups will be under the direction of a new conductor. The new conductor has not yet been announced.
The Ensemble Strings accepts string players (violin, viola, cello, bass) grades 4-8. The Sinfonia accepts string players (violin, viola, cello, bass) up to grade 10.

Thursdays from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM (4:15 PM call time)
Lawrence Junior High School: Orchestra Room
SINFONIA:
Thursdays from 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM
