Dan Mazzella
Board President
Dan Mazzella is the Senior Global Director of Software for PlaceTech and Transportation at Arcadis, a global design, engineering, and management consulting company for natural and built assets, headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Dan has an extensive background in the technology industry and has held various leadership roles throughout his career. He has worked with Wipro as Director of Platform Development, Architecture, and DevOps, and was recognized as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff, Senior Member. He has also worked with IBM as Manager of DevOps and Worldwide L3 Lead. Dan has been granted 12 patents and has a proven track record of developing digital solutions for commercial real estate, civil, and environmental engineering solutions that lead to reduced carbon, improved automation, and operations.
Dan is a band alumni, playing saxophone from the 6th through 12th grade at Cannon JHS and Green Valley High School, and took private lessons from Raoul Romero. He feels that his time in performing in those bands prepared him for the teamwork required to develop software and technical solutions. He's the proud parent of two boys, both who enjoy the performing arts. Dan is happy to volunteer his time for LVYO, and give a parent's perspective on the Board of Directors.
