Svetlana Garitselova
Cello Coach

Svetlana Garitselova is a versatile cellist, who especially enjoys performing chamber music. She is the principal cello of Las Vegas Sinfonietta Chamber Orchestra and has performed with the Nevada Ballet, Las Vegas City Opera (Cinderella production), Bocelli and as a soloist throughout North America, Europe, Russia and Japan.

 

A passionate educator who enjoys teaching cello of all ages and levels, Svetlana was on faculty at Roberts Wesleyan University in Rochester, NY. She maintains a private cello studio in Las Vegas, coaching chamber ensembles at String Connections run by Shakeh Ghoukasian, cello coach at LVYO and teaches cello and conducts orchestras at Clark County School District.
